Tocar Strategic Advisors is a London-based market intelligence and strategy consultancy for cannabis, functional wellness and next generation products. For eight years Tocar has advised governments, global FMCG and tobacco companies, pharmaceutical firms, investors and operators on entering and growing in these markets. The work spans retained monitoring across the US, Canada, UK and Europe, product development, M&A support and market activation. Tocar was founded by Georgia Glick, who organised London’s first cannabis investor and industry events and produced early European market analysis with partners including Crunchbase and the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
